STORY
Franco Baking Company has supplied customers and businesses with freshly baked bread in northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe for more than 50 years. In 2023, MaryBeth and Colin Smith of Roundabout Catering acquired the company to carry on the legacy of the Gant family’s quality line of wholesale breads. As a local, family-owned business, the Smiths and their team will continue their unwavering commitment to the creation and delivery of a wide selection of baked goods for restaurants, grocery chains and other establishments. This includes the signature sourdough bread made in the same location for more than half a century as well as French bread, dinner rolls, sliced breads and more. At Franco Baking Company, family is the link to our past and the bridge to our future.
